Shipping and Return Policy

RETURNS

Aside from receiving an incorrect or damaged item, under no circumstances will Yadkin Valley Organics accept returns sent via mail or returned to our store in Terrell, NC. If we made a mistake and you need to return an incorrect or defective item, please send us an email at wellness@yadkinvalleyorganics.com for further assistance. Please make sure to include in your email: your name, order number, and the specifics of the item that you received incorrectly or damaged. If an item in your shipment is damaged or broken, please provide us with a visual such as a photo or video showing the damage or defect.

People who send back a package should expect to receive their correct delivery within 2-3 weeks.

SHIPPING

Currently, we do not ship our items anywhere outside of the United States. Within the United States, we do not ship Delta-8 products to anyone located in the following states:

Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, New York, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode
Island, Vermont, Utah, and Washington

As soon as you place an order, we will calculate how long it will take for your items to arrive and how much it will cost to ship them. Shipping costs for many items we sell are based on their weight. A total for shipping will be given to you right away and once you place an order, you will receive updates about your order such as confirmation and tracking when it becomes available.
